27th Circuit Court sentencings.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:
Saldana
– Simon Gabriel Saldana, 24, of 6415 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Jan. 18 of illegal use of a financial transaction device and was sentenced Feb. 22 to serve 57 days up front of a six-month discretionary jail term with credit for 57 days served; two years probation; $413.72 in restitution; and $400 in fines and costs.
– Dennis Ray Davis, III, of 167 Pine St.,
Davis
Shelby, was found guilty Jan. 18 of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct victim 13-16 and was sentenced Feb. 22 to serve 60 days up front of a nine-month discretionary jail term with credit for one day served; five years probation; must register as a sex offender; and $400 in fines and costs.
– Logan Nathaniel Duvall, 17, of 84 Ellis St., Shelby, pleaded “no contest” Jan.

30 to receiving and concealing guns and was sentenced Feb. 22 to serve four months up front of a nine-month discretionary jail term with credit for 69 days served; $925.14 in restitution; two years probation; and $400 in fines and costs. Another count of receiving and concealing guns, along with two counts of felony firearms and one count of larceny of a firearm, were dismissed.
– Brandon Lee DuPont, 420 Dryden St., Hart, was found guilty of
DuPont
probation violation and was sentenced Feb. 22 to five months in jail with credit for 83 days served and unsuccessfully discharged from probation. His probation stems from a Nov. 23, 2015 conviction of possession of less than 25 grams of cocaine.
