HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
Fielstra
– Michael Bruce Fielstra, 54, of 128 Burr Oak Dr., Coopersville, was arrested Feb. 9 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of non-sufficient fund check $500 or more. Preliminary conference: Feb. 21 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Calvin James Greiner, 31, of 509 E. Wood St., Hart, was arrested Feb. 11 by

the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and a misdemeanor of operating without security (no insurance). Preliminary conference: Feb. 27 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

– Dylan Wyatt King, 21, of 312 Walnut St., Shelby; Feb. 8; HPD; LSD possession. Pretrial: March 1 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. In a separate file, King also faces a charge of failure to stop after an accident. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Megan Marie Fader, 22, of 1649 Waldorf St., Walker, Michigan; Jan. 27; OCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: March 1 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
