David Theodore McDaniel has been arraigned in 78th District Court and remains lodged in the Oceana County Jail on a $15,000/10 percent bond, Mast said.

The incident occurred in the 3900 block of East Johnson Road, and it was reported at 6 p.m. When McDaniel was placed in custody, deputies found the marijuana on him, Mast said.
