Hart woman arrested for disorderly, resisting police

HART — A 40-year-old Hart woman was arrested on charges of disorderly person and resisting and opposing police Saturday, July 25, at 10:10 p.m. in the 400 block of Hart Street following a 911 call of a disturbance, according to Hart Police Chief Dan Leimback.

Deputies from the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office and troopers from the Hart post of the Michigan State Police assisted HPD at the scene. MSP also arrested a 22-year-old Hart man at the scene on a fugitive warrant.

HPD also arrested a 38-year-old Tennessee man Sunday, July 26, at 11:24 a.m. in the McDonald’s parking lot for a failure to appear warrant on a larceny charge issued in Indiana.
