78th District Court arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:

–      Victor Arocho, 35, of 103 Courtland St., Apt. 1, Hart, was arrested May 28 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) on three misdemeanor counts of truancy. Pretrial: June 16 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash. (The charge carries a maximum 90-day sentence and/or a maximum $50 fine.)

–      Maria Escamilla, 30, of 103 Courtland St., Apt. 1, Hart, was arrested May 28 by HPD on three misdemeanor counts of truancy. Pretrial: June 16 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Betty Jean Flanders, 60, of 10603 128th Ave., West Olive, was arrested May 28 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 1 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Scott James Bly, 21, of 7170 W. Old Channel Trail, Montague, was arrested May 22 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of controlled substance – possession of marijuana. Pretrial: June 23 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Bandon Lee Burkett, 25, of 6315 S. Ryerson Rd., Twin Lake, was arrested May 25 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of second-offense operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

–      Nicole Breann Campbell, 17, of 12490 Wilson Rd., Fruitport, was arrested May 24 by OCSO for misdemeanors of controlled substance – possession of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol (MIP). Pretrial: July 1 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

–      Dillon Devon Hinkle, 21, of 7545 Zoble Ct., Fair Haven, Mich., was arrested May 24 by the DNR for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 1 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Anthony Long, 24, of 3121 S. 204th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested May 27 by MSP for three misdemeanor counts of selling/furnishing alcohol to minors. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Trad Paul Sheafor, 25, of 4159 W. Tyler Rd., Hart, was arrested May 22 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: June 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Roderick Charles Sterling, 28, of 11772 Fogg Lake Rd., Montague, was arrested May 23 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 1 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Amanda Sue Bush, 19, of 3300 W. Wilke Rd., Rothbury, was arrested May 9 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. Pretrial was June 2. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–      Mark Gordon MacDonald, 30, of 5562 E. Madison Rd., Walkerville, was arrested May 20 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of failure to stop for a property damage accident. Pretrial: June 16 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–      Matthew Ryan Walicki, 20, of 9098 80th Ave., Pentwater, was arrested May 15 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of MIP. Pretrial: June 9 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
