HART — The following were sentenced this week in 27th Circuit Court:

– Samantha Jean Fitzgerald, 25, of 8935 1 Mile Rd., Hesperia, pleaded no contest Feb. 23 to controlled substance – maintaining a drug house. She was sentenced to nine months in jail with credit for 110 days served; serve 110 days forthwith/sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; driver’s license suspended six months; 18 months probation; $180 supervision fee; and $198 in fines and costs. One count of possession of meth was dismissed.

– Austin Michael Nead, 19, of 1900 E. Hammett Rd., Hart, received an amended sentence May 5 for an Aug. 26, 2013 conviction of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) victim 13-16. He was ordered to serve 11 months in jail with credit for 227 days served; five years probation; Holmes Youthful Trainee Act status revoked; $198 in fines and costs; and must register as a sex offender.

– Gregory Robert Bradfield, 34, of 4671 N. Alger Ave., White Cloud, was found guilty Sept. 8, 2014 of third-offense operating under the influence liquor. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 156 days served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; serve 156 days forthwith; 18 months probation; $180 supervision fee; $56.75 restitution to the Muskegon County Sheriff’s Department; $598 in fines and costs; and driver’s license revoked. One count of fleeing and eluding and one count of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) were dismissed.

– Julio Rocha, 29, of 5742 N. 126th Ave., Hart, was found guilty March 18 of  controlled substance possession 25-50 grams. He was sentenced to six month in jail with credit for two days served; 18 months probation; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; serve 30 forthwith beginning June 27; driver’s license suspended/restricted after 30 days; $180 supervision fee; and $198 in fines and costs.
