78th District Court arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday, April 22, in front of the 78^th District Court magistrate:

Felony

– Julie Ann Barnes, 33, of 277 N. State St., Shelby, was arrested April 14 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of third-offense operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Preliminary conference: May 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Colin Ray Bush, 30, of 2725 Forrest St., Lot 16, Rothbury, was arrested April 10 by the Rothbury Police Department for misdemeanors of weapons/firearms – under the influence and disorderly person – drunk. Pretrial: May 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Clint Tyler Best, 28, of 291 N. Sheridan, Muskegon, was arrested April 15 by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for a misdemeanor of fishing without a license. Pretrial: May 5 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.

– Joshua James-Murray Rice, 25, of 2322 Maple Island Rd., Twin Lake, was arrested April 11 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: May 5 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.

– Roger Lewis Wolting, 48, of 8515 Holton-Duck Lake Rd, Holton, was arrested April 11 by the Hesperia Police Deprtment for a misdemeanor of DWLS. Pretrial: May 5 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.

– Darrell D. Johnson, 51, of 140 Fuller Ave., NE., Grand Rapids, was arrested April 12 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of open dumping/open burning. Pretrial: May 5 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.
