HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday, April 9, in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

–        Dennis Keith Carter, 60, of 2764 Scenic Dr., Shelby, was arrested March 16 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of  sex offender – failure to comply with reporting duties. Preliminary conference: April 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–        Cindy Lee Scofield, 56, of 2774 Roosevelt Rd., Montague, was arrested March 20 by MSP for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary conference: April 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

–        Richard Armond Alldaffer, 40, of 5727 S. Cherokee Bend, New Era, was arrested March 22 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: May 5 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–        Alan Joseph Link, 26, of 408 W. Baker Rd., Twin Lake, was arrested March 27 by the Shelby Police Department for a misdemeanor of improper transport of medical marijuana in a motor vehicle. Pretrial: April 21 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–        Nicholas Jordan Wilkes, 23, of 503 S. State St., Hart, was arrested March 25 by MSP for misdemeanors of operating without a license on person operating without security. Pretrial: April 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–        Paul Stephen Oberlin, 31, of 1426 W. M-20, New Era, was arrested March 30 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating without security. Pretrial: April 14 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–        Benjamin Anthony Kittel, 20, of 1781 48th Ave., Shelby, was arrested March 28 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security and operating without a license on person. Pretrial: April 14 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–        Joel Michael Lloyd, 22, of 503 E. Johnson St., Hart, was arrested March 21 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of failure to stop after a collision. Pretrial: April 14 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–        Brennan Robert Sohasky, 20, of 4970 Nestrom, Whitehall, was arrested by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) underage, blood alcohol content (BAC) .02-.07. Pretrial: May 5 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

–        Jason David Tanner, 40, of 361 S. 56th Ave., Mears, was arrested March 20 by OCSO for for misdemeanors of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS); operating without security and unlawful use of a license plate. Pretrial: April 14 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–        Victor Hugo Padilla, 20, of 10022 S. Brucker Ave., Fremont, was arrested March 21 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of violation of a restricted license. Pretrial: April 14 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–        Morgan James Pearson, 17, of 160 S. East St., Walkerville, was arrested March 30 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating an ORV with a suspended license. Pretrial: April 21 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
