Hart man arrested for assault and battery, illegal entry

HART — A 36-year-old Hart man was arrested by the Hart Police Department Monday, April 6, at 9:37 p.m. in the 300 block of State Street on charges of assault and battery and illegal entry.

– Tuesday, April 7, 9:30 a.m., failure to return rental property, Video Plus, seven DVDs not returned to the store.

– Tuesday, April 7, identity theft, a social security number was wrongfully used to file a tax return, no money was taken.
