Dirt bike, quad theft

LEAVITT TWP. — The Oceana County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a larceny complaint from a resident in the 4800 block of East Deer Road who told police that a dirt bike and a quad were stolen from his property some time between Monday, April 6, and Tuesday, April 7.

A 1988 Yamaha YZ250 purple and white motorcycle with a tiger-shark print seat valued at approximately $400 and a 1986 Polaris 250 Trailboss blue and white quad valued at approximately $500 were stolen.
