HART — The following were sentenced Wednesday, Feb. 11, in 27th Circuit Court:

– Anthony Werner Priese, 34, of 9426 Oaklane Dr., Rothbury, pleaded no contest Jan. 5 to aggravated assault. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 89 days served; 89 days forthwith; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; $300 in fines and costs; and no contact with victim unless a letter is written by the the victim, stating that she agrees to contact with defendant. One count of assault – weapon was dismissed.

– Gregory Merle Felt, Jr., 30, of 543 E. McKinley Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Jan. 5 of

assaulting/resisting/opposing a police officer. He was sentenced to nine months in jail with credit for nine days served; 30 days forthwith; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; $400 in fines and costs; 18 months probation; no alcohol/drugs and must submit to testing; must use prescription drugs only as prescribed; and must complete treatment programs as directed by probation agent. One count of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, was dismissed.

– Luis Angel Mosqueda, 31, of 1141 Daisy Lane, Apt. 13, Ludington, was found guilty Dec. 8 of non-sufficient fund check $50-$200. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for three days served; 60 days forthwith; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; work release authorized; $1,044.83 restitution; and $300 in fines and costs.

– Olin Chad Boyette, 43, of 9870 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton, was found guilty Jan. 5 of controlled substance, possession of a non-narcotic/analogues. He was sentenced to 11 months in jail; credit for one day served; 45 days forthwith; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; two years probation; $400 in fines and costs; no alcohol/drugs and must submit to testing; must use prescription drugs only as prescribed; must complete treatment programs directed by probation agent; and must report any arrest or police contact, loss of employment or change in residence to probation agent within 24 hours.  One count of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, was dismissed.

under the influence of liquor (OUIL), third offense. He was sentenced to one year in jail with credit for 18 days served; six months forthwith; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; no alcohol/drugs and must submit to testing; must use prescription drugs only as prescribed; must complete treatment programs as directed by the probation agent; 360 hours of community service; $750 in fines and costs; and must make genuine efforts to find/maintain employment.

– Vicki Lynn Wambaugh, 35, of 1275 E. Wilke Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Jan. 15 of OUIL, third offense. She was sentenced to 11 months in jail with credit for one day served; six months forthwith; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; work release authorized; no alcohol/drugs and must submit to testing; $750 in fines and costs; and two years probation. “It is further ordered that the probation officers of this court are hereby authorized and empowered to affect the apprehension, detention and confinement of the defendant on reasonable cause to believe the defendant has violated a condition of this probation or for conduct inconsistent with the public good,” court records state.

third offense. He was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for 30 days served; work release authorized; 18 months probation; no alcohol/drugs and must submit to testing; $750 in fines and costs; and 360 hours of community service. One count of failure to report an accident was dismissed.
