78th District Court arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday, Feb. 4, in front of the 78^th District Court magistrate:

Felonies

Brock

– Joshua S. Brock, 25, of 3375 S. 104^th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested Jan. 16 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of fraud – welfare, failure to inform. Preliminary conference: Feb. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Dennis Roy Ramthun, 50, of 950 Victor Ave., Muskegon, was arrested Jan. 18 by the DNR for a

felony of possession of weapons/firearm by a felon and a misdemeanor of hunting deer without a license. Pretrial: Feb. 17 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Shantal Deloera, 23, of 164 N. State St., Shelby, was arrested Jan. 18 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of driving while license not valid/improper license. Pretrial: Feb. 10 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance (PR).

– Natasha Lynn Gutierrez, 29, of 2225 Ewing Rd., Twin Lake, was arrested Jan. 25 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of allowing a suspended/revoked/denied person to operate. Pretrial: Feb. 10 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/PR.

– Eric Michael Failing, 28, of 121 S. Menes St., Walkerville, was arrested Jan. 17 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Feb. 25 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Joseph Owen Pulsipher, 37, of 1490 E. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was arrested Jan. 17 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of disorderly person – drunk. Pretrial: Feb. 17 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Jodi Lynn Tuttle, 55, of 2297 S. Apache Dr., Shelby, was arrested Jan. 17 by OCSO for misdemeanors of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) and transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: Feb. 25 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Elizabeth Tejada, 26, of 571 N. Spencer Rd., Shelby, was arrested Jan. 18 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Feb. 25 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
