78th District Court Arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned Wednesday, Jan. 7, in front of the 78^th District Court Magistrate:

Felony

–      Vicki Lynn Wambaugh, 35, of 1275 E. Wilke Rd., Rothbury, was arrested Dec. 14 by OCSO for a felony of operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL), third offense. A preliminary conference is set for Jan. 12 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

–      Leo Wyatt Cook, 19, of 1095 SE Wealthy St., Grand Rapids, was arrested Dec. 5 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for misdemeanors of controlled substance, possession of marijuana; operating while intoxicated; and alcohol – open container in vehicle. A pretrial is set for Jan. 28 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Garrett David Anguilm, III, 47, of 6083 W. Cleveland Rd., Montague, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of aggravated assault for a Sept. 26 incident (no arrest dated listed). A pretrial is set for Jan. 28 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      David John Nulf-Garvey, 30, of 376 W. Tyler Rd., Hart, was arrested Dec. 17 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. A pretrial is set for Jan. 20 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Gerald Ernest Wambaugh, Jr., 47, of 1777 W. Clay Rd., Rothbury, was arrested Dec. 7 by MSP for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for Jan. 28 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Paulette Jean Moon, 50, of 1220 State St., Apt. A, Fremont, was arrested Dec. 7 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Jan. 28 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Carley Richard West, 42, of 1450 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was arrested Dec. 6 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Jan. 28 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Kevin Andrew Rasor, 36, of 8467 Robinhood Crt., Montague, was arrested Dec. 17 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Jan. 13 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Thad Nicholas Ward, 30, of 655 Center St., Muskegon, was arrested Dec. 7 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. A pretrial is set for Jan. 20 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Jason Fredrick Barrett, 27, of 815 W. Jefferson Rd., Hart, was arrested Dec. 15 for a misdemeanor of improper plates. A pretrial is set for Jan. 13 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–      Joseph Hugh Bell, 24, of 11055 Harris Rd., Montague, was arrested Dec. 18 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for Jan. 20 at 10 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Robert Jay Conklin, 33, of 266 E. Main St., Walkerville, was arrested Dec. 6 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license not valid/improper license. A pretrial is set for Jan. 13 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Jesus Vargas Lopez, 38, of 3666 W. Baker, Shelby, was arrested Dec. 10 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license not valid/improper license. A pretrial is set for Jan. 13 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

–      Mitchell James Boukamp, 57, of 1726 E. Hammett Rd., Hart, was arrested Nov. 26 by Oceana County Animal Control for a misdemeanor of stray livestock. A pretrial is set for Jan. 20 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
