Football forum moved

HART — The community football forum originally scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 13, has been moved to Sunday, Jan. 18, at 5:30 p.m. in the middle school auditorium.

The meeting focuses on the school district’s recent decision to cancel the 2015 varsity season and plans for the sport’s future. Citing dwindling numbers, school officials announced last month that there will not be a Pirate varsity football team next fall. There will be a JV team in 2015, however.
