Drunk driving arrest to start the New Year

HART — A 26-year-old Pentwater man was arrested by the Hart Police Department on New Year’s Day at 3:20 p.m. following a property damage accident near the Marathon gas station on Polk Road.

Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015:

– 12 p.m., a 44-year-old Hart man was arrested for a personal protection order (PPO) violation on Lincoln St. near Dryden St.

Monday, Jan. 5, 2015:

– 4:15 p.m., gas drive-off, $20 in fuel taken, Wood St., Dave’s Party Store.

– 5:20 p.m., report of unlawful entry at a residence on Hart St., nothing taken, case is under investigation, incident occurred the previous day.

– 9 p.m., gas drive-off, State St., Hart EZ Mart/BP gas station, less than $10 in fuel taken.
