Arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned this week in front of the 78th District Court magistrate:

–      Jason Patrick Burrous, 40, of 544 48^th, Shelby, was arrested Nov. 30 for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS), second offense. A pretrial is set for Dec. 17 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety.

–      Andrew Scott Henion, 24, of 6502 W. Filmore Rd., Mears, was arrested Dec. 3 for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Dec. 17 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Patrick Anthony Tietze, 59, of 3305 Estes St., Muskegon, was arrested Nov. 15 by the DNR for a misdemeanor of failure to immediately validate/attach kill tag. A pretrial is set for Dec. 17 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
