Police busy with car-deer crashes, warrant arrests

SpringsteadHoriz_2HART — Deputies from the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office and troopers from the Hart post of the Michigan State Police responded to a combined five car-deer crashes in the county Tuesday, Nov. 11. OCSO arrested three suspects on warrants.

– 1 a.m., 28-year-old Twin Lake man arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at the south county line, Grant Twp.

– 6 a.m., car-deer crash, Tyler Rd. and 136th Ave., Elbridge Twp.

– 11 a.m., traffic hazard/tree limb in roadway, S. Scenic Dr. near Cleveland Rd., Claybanks Twp.

– 11:58 a.m., car-deer crash, M-20 near 132nd Ave., Ferry Twp.

– 1:05 p.m., alarm activation, 2100 block of White Birch Dr., Golden Twp.

– 4:36 p.m., car-deer crash, Lever Rd. near 88th Ave., Hart Twp.

– 5:29 p.m., open door, 5800 block of S. 90th Ave., Grant Twp.

– 7 p.m., PPO violation, no arrests, 8000 block of S. 44th Ave., Claybanks Twp.

– 7:01 p.m., 911 hang-up, 8000 block of W. Garfield Rd., Benona Twp.

– 7:56 p.m., car-deer crash, US-31 near Monroe Rd., Weare Twp.

– 8:50 p.m., 43-year-old Mears man arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant, 5800 block of W. 6th St., Golden Twp.

– 10:21 p.m., 25-year-old Waterford woman arrested on a warrant for failure to pay on a no security conviction, S. 192nd Ave. near Wilke Rd., Greenwood Twp.

– 10:30 p.m., alarm activation, Walkerville Kwik Mart, E. Main St., Walkerville.
