78th District Court arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned Wednesday, Nov. 5, in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Overly

–      Scott Edward Overly, 29, of 2928 Eighth St., Muskegon Heights, was arrested Nov. 5 by the Hesperia Police Department for one count of forgery and one count of uttering and publishing, both of which are felonies punishable by up to 14 years on prison. He is also being charged as a four-time habitual offender. A preliminary conference is set for Nov. 10 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

–       Joshua Klaus, 34, of 531 Bruckner Ave., Hesperia, was arrested Oct. 21 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS), second offense. A pretrial is set for Nov. 26 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–       Steven Manuel Walton, 22, of 535 Northern Ave., Brohman, was arrested Oct. 19 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for Dec. 2 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–       Nicholas John Erickson, 36, of 69 S. 56^th Ave., Shelby, was arrested Oct. 18 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of assault and battery. A pretrial is set for Nov. 26 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–       Jason Patrick Burrous, 40, of 544 S. 48^th Ave., Shelby, was arrested Oct. 18 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of DWLS, second offense. A pretrial is set for Nov. 18 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety.

–       Megan Elise Agustine, 26, of 4794 N. Oceana Dr., Hart, was arrested Oct. 29 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of DWLS, second offense. A pretrial is set for Nov. 18 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

–       Cory Allan Larsen, 22, of 106 W. Main St., Whitehall, was arrested Oct. 30 by MSP for a misdemeanor of failure to display a valid license. A pretrial is set for Nov. 18 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.

–       Tracey Lee Gleason, 38, of 652 N. 136^th Ave., Hart, was arrested Oct. 3 by HPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for Nov. 26 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.

–       David Alan Robart, 29, of 11001 Warner Ave., Grant, was arrested Oct. 19 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of transporting open intoxicants. A pretrial is set for Nov. 26 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.

–       Jeffrey Mark Wagner, 40, of 824 Keith St., Oxford, was arrested Oct. 18 by the Department of Natural Resources for a misdemeanor of hunting within a safety zone. A pretrial is set for Nov. 26 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.
