27th Circuit Court sentencings

HART — The following were sentenced Monday, Nov. 3, in 51st Circuit Court:

Gould

– Chad William Gould, 30, of 14707 104th Ave., Coopersville, was found guilty Nov. 3 of controlled substance – possession of a non-narcotic. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; and $325 in fines and costs. One count of possession of meth and one count of controlled substance possession less than 25 grams were dismissed.

– Daniel Edward Chastain, 22, of 4700 N. Kasson Ave., Chicago, was found guilty Nov. 18, 2013 of

controlled substance, possession of a non-narcotic. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for one day served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; and $198 in fines and costs.

Kreta

– Kevin Fistler Kreta, 22, of 3797 Penninsular Shores Dr., Grawn, was found guilty Nov. 3 of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; and $250 in fines and costs.
