27th Circuit Court sentencings

Hart — The following were sentenced Monday in 27th Circuit Court:

Villarreal

– Isreal Villarreal, 27, of 8389 N. Oceana Dr., Hart, was found guilty July 28 of controlled substance delivery, less than 50 grams. He was sentenced Sept. 8 to 90 days in jail with credit for one day served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; one year probation; $198 in fines and costs; no drugs and must submit to testing; outpatient treatment; may not engage in any assaultive behavior; may not use any object as a weapon; must allow probation agent into residence for supervision purposes; must report any police contact, loss of employment or change address within 24 hours; must seek and maintain legitimate employment; and must submit to searches of his person, place or auto as directed by probation agent.

– Joseph Edward Pamula, 34, of 5616 Chestnut, Independence, Ohio, was found guilty

Sept. 8 of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $125 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance delivery, schedule 1, 2, 3; one count of controlled substance, possession of marijuana; one count of controlled substance, possession of a non-narcotic, were dismissed.

– Spencer Adam Kellogg, 21, of 442 Lac LaBelle Dr., Oconomowoc, Wisc., was found guilty Sept. 8 of controlled substance, use of a non-narcotic. He was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $125 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance delivery, schedule 1, 2, 3 and one count of controlled substance, possession of a non-narcotic were dismissed.
