HART — The following were sentenced Monday in 27th Circuit Court:

Snider

– Michael Cletus Snider, Jr., 46, of 216 Lincoln St., Hart, was found guilty April 7 of jail-prisoner, possession of contraband. He was sentenced to 11 months in jail with credit for three days served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; and $198 in fines and costs.

– Matthew John Halbauer-Zsifkov, 27, of 5783 Williamsburg Court, Waterford, was found guilty Aug. 11 of

controlled substance, use of a non-narcotic. He was sentenced to six months in jail; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion and held for one year; driver’s license suspended 180 days; and $125 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance delivery, schedule 1, 2, 3; two counts of controlled substance, possession of a non-narcotic; and one count of controlled substance, possession less than 25 grams were dismissed.

– Kyle Andrew Schwandt, 21, of 1670 Mercedes St., West Bloomfield, was found guilty Aug. 11 of controlled substance, possession, schedule 5 LSD. He was sentenced to six months in jail; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; and $125 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance, possession less than 25 grams; one count of controlled substance, possession schedule 5 LSD; and one count of controlled substance, possession of a non-narcotic were dismissed.
