Arraignments

HART – The following were arraigned today in front of the 78^th District Court Magistrate:

–      Joshua Timothy Lang, 17, of 212 N. Reinberg Ave., Scottville, was arrested June 11 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for July 1 at 10 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      William Overton Richards, 46, of 5086 Wayne Ave., Pentwater, was arrested June 6 by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for June 25 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

–      Paul Allen Berger, 45, of 3656 N. Railroad Ave., Mears, was arrested June 7 by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of possession of open intoxicants. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Robert James Palmer, 24, of 1123 Atlantic St., Grand Rapids, was arrested June 7 by the Pentwater Police Department for a misdemeanor of disorderly conduct. A pretrial is set for June 25 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Brenda Kay Bogue, 54, of 4599 3^rd St., New Era, was arrested June 10 by MSP for a misdemeanor of disorderly conduct. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 11:30 a.m. Previously posted bond is continued.

–      Roberto Mendoza II, 30, of 6366 E. Minke Rd., Walkerville, was arrested June 6 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of DWLS – let suspended person operate, second offense. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Ryan James-Scott Leasure, 29, no address listed, was arrested May 24 by MSP for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–      Joey Dean VanderPool, 58, of 1316 Osborn Rd., Scottville, was arrested May 19 by HPD for a misdemeanor of illegal entry. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–      Jenne Zoe Samuel, 53, of 818 E. First St., Pentwater, was arrested June 7 by OCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for June 23 (no time listed). Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Leigh Anne Bailey, 30, of 5378 W. Park Rd., New Era, was arrested June 6 by HPD for a misdemeanor of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). A pretrial is set for July 8 at 3:45 p.m. Previously posted bond is continued.

–      Meghan Renee Conran, 26, of 1450 Barclay St., Apt. 2, Nunica, was arrested June 8 by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating with a high BAC. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

–      Amanda Nichole VanderPool, 33, of 1316 Osborn Rd., Scottville, was arrested May 19 by HPD for a misdemeanor of illegal entry. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

–      Jalen Michael McClain, 20, of 2508 Porter, Wyoming, was arrested June 7 by the Department of Natural Resources for a misdemeanor of operating an off-road vehicle with driver license suspended. A pretrial is set for July 1 at 4:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.
