District Court sentencings

HART —  The following were sentenced Monday in 78th District Court:

–       Tyler Joe Brown, 21, of 4503 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty of domestic violence. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs.

–       Larry Allen Zwiebel, 58, of PO Box 2, Mears, was found guilty of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,140 fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

–       Timothy Kevin Bradley, 54, of 7844 E. Saint Huberts Trail, Hesperia, was found guilty of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; and $1,140 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

–       Timothy Edward Pegg, 49, of 2908 W. Skeels Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty of disorderly person – jostling. He was sentenced to 90 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs.

–       Mayra M. Perez, 32, of 309 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was found guilty of assault or assault and battery and sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail and $400 in fines and costs.

–       Samuel Frank Lloyd, 54, of 8264 N. Quarterline Rd., Free Soil, was found guilty of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; AHSE; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating with a high blood alcohol content was dismissed.
