District Court sentencings

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

–      Shawn Daniel Snook, 36, of 214 S. Apple St., Hart, pleaded “no contest,” April 28, to larceny less than $200 and was sentenced to nine days in jail; $450 in fines and costs; and 93 days discretionary jail.

–      Myrna Lee Plumley, 55, of 2678 64th Ave., Hart, was found guilty, May 12, of operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; and $1,205 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State.

–      Ryan Logan Glover, 22, of 1799 N. Lincoln Rd., Ludington, was found guilty, April 28, of operating while impaired. He was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail; outpatient treatment; and $1,055 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
