HART – The following were arraigned recently in front of the 78th District Court Magistrate:

– Yesenia Jovana Madrigal, 33, of 101 S. 72nd Ave., Shelby, was arrested, April 19, by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). A pretrial is set for May 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $100/cash.

– Jakob Ryan Ferrier, 17, of 7978 S. 44th Ave., Montague, was arrested, April 17, by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a misdemeanor of trespassing. A pretrial is set for May 21 at 4:30 p.m.

– Jerry Lee Andreas, 43, of 995 E. Liberty, Apt. 47, White Cloud, was arrested, May 6, by MSP for a misdemeanor of disorderly person – drunk. A pretrial is set for May 21 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Jacob D. Menges, 36, of 8887 Pullman St., Montague, was arrested, May 7, by OCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. A pretrial is set for May 21 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Griselda Rosario Garza, 20, of 5766 S. Okemos Dr., New Era, was arrested, April 30, by MSP for a misdemeanor of driving while license not valid or improper license. A pretrial is set for May 21 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.

– Franklin James Welch, 29, of 2550 W. Northland Dr., Rothbury, was arrested, April 26, by the Rothbury Police Department (RPD) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for May 21 at 4 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Tom Allen Griffes, 49, of 55 1st St., Kent City, was arrested, April 20, by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a misdemeanor of operating under the influence of liquor, second offense. A pretrial is set for May 21 at 10 a.m. Bail: $350/cash/surety.

– Jarrod Wayne Barnes, 31, of 277 N. State St., Shelby, was arrested, April 24, by SPD for a misdemeanor of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC). A pretrial is set for May 21 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Patrick Allen Amstutz, 47, of 3397 Green St., Shelby, was arrested, April 27, by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for May 21 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Timothy Allen Collins, 55, of 2299 N. 84th Ave., Hart, was arrested, April 18, by HPD for a misdemeanor of operating with a high BAC. A pretrial is set for May 27 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $350/cash/surety.

– Myra M. Perez, 32, of 309 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was arrested, April 20, by OCSO for a misdemeanor of assault or assault and battery. A pretrial is set for May 21 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/ cash/surety/10 percent cash.

– Fernando Maldonado Sanchez, 33, of 1444 S. Saxony Dr., SE, Grand Rapids, was arrested, April 21, by MSP for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for May 21 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal.

– Erika Lynn Maynard, 34, of 95 N. State St., Hesperia, was arrested, April 27, by OCSO for a misdemeanor of allowing a suspended/denied person to operate. A pretrial is set for May 21 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Shawn Alan Goerbig, 34, of 7080 Surf Court, Rothbury, was arrested, April 26, by RPD for a misdemeanor of DWLS. A pretrial is set for May 21 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Daniel Lee DeHoff, 24, of 11423 US-31, was arrested, April 19, by MSP for a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle without security. A pretrial is set for May 21 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.
