District Court
HART – The following were sentenced recently in the 78th District Court:
– David Joseph Nargis, 54, of 4986 N. Wayne Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty, May 5, of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 90 days discretionary jail. One count of improper plates was dismissed.
– Bryan Wayne Waybill, 36, of 415 W. Clem St., Apt. 7, Flora, Ind., was found guilty, May 5, of carrying a concealed weapon with a blood alcohol level of .08 or more and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 93 days discretionary jail.
– Andrew Wade Hill, 25, of 2940 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty, May 5, of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 93 days discretionary jail. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Allison Rae Tubbs, 22, of 1640 Sanford St., Muskegon, was found guilty, May 5, of allowing a person to drive in violation and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 90 days discretionary jail.
– Gerald Junior Hitchcock, 52, of 222 E. Main St., Hart, was found guilty, May 5, of domestic violence and sentenced to $925 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail; and six months probation.
– Edward Arthur Deplae, 22, of 2679 Strand Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty, May 5, of DWLS and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 93 days discretionary jail. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Roger Leroy Beggs, 56, of 13 Courtland St., Hart, was found guilty, May 5, of domestic violence and sentenced to $925 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail and six months probation.
– Nathan Christopher Johnson, 37, of 6614 S. 104th Ave., Rothbury, was found guilty, May 5, of disorderly person – jostling and sentenced to $450 in fines and costs and 90 days discretionary jail.
– Scott Allen Roebuck, Jr., 21, of 3318 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty, April 22, of fourth-degree child abuse, and sentenced to nine days in jail; one year discretionary jail; $975 in fines and costs; and six months probation.
– Gregory Joseph Fitzgerald, 30, of 8236 Adams Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty, May 5, of DWLS and sentenced to nine days in jail; 93 days discretionary jail; and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Nathan Paul Askins, 28, of 60 Plum St., Hart, was found guilty, April 28, of malicious destruction of personal property under $200 and sentenced to 93 days in jail; 93 days discretionary jail; and no contact with the victim. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.

Circuit Court
HART – The following was sentenced recently in the 51st Circuit Court:
– Dustin Douglas Rynberg, 19, of 185 Munn St., Hesperia, was found guilty, March 24, of unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was sentenced, May 5, to one year in jail with credit for 78 days served; sentence to be served at the court’s discretion; serve three months forthwith; and $198 in fines and costs.
