District Court sentencings as of April 30

HART – The following were sentenced this week in 78th District court:
– Reynaldo Junior Trevino, 35, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty, April 28, of operating a motor vehicle without security and sentenced to $440 in fines and costs and one year discretionary jail.
– Keisha Ann Standufss, 21, of 20 N. Clymer St., Pentwater, was found guilty, April 28, of assault/assault and battery and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 93 days discretionary jail.
– Gerardo Joel Mendoza, 22, of 1404 N. York Rd., Hart, was found guilty, April 28, of operating while impaired and driving while license suspended (DWLS). For the first count, he was sentenced to $1,040 in fines and costs; 93 days discretionary jail; and Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE). For the second count, he was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 93 days discretionary jail. Convictions are reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
– Caleb Mitchell Cosselman, 29, of 3224 Foster St., Shelby, was found guilty, March 24, of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced, April 28, to $1,680 in fines and costs; outpatient treatment; six months probation; and 93 days discretionary jail. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Chad William Blamer, 23, of 117 Wood Ave., Holland, was found guilty, April 14, of larceny less than $200. He was sentenced, April 28, to $420 in fines, costs and restitution and 93 days discretionary jail.
– Raymond Paul Hartford, 40, of 1103 S. Dryden St., Hart, was found guilty, April 28, of false report of a misdemeanor and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 93 days discretionary jail.
– Deandre William Cunningham, 31, of 2161 Austin St., Muskegon Heights, was found guilty, April 30, of DWLS and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 93 days discretionary jail. Conviction reportable to SOS.
– Jordan Fredrick Mergener, 29, of 7375 Mergener Rd., Fruitport, was found guilty, April 30, of taking/possessing a bass/walleye out of season and sentenced to $305 in fines and costs.
– Todd Allen Smith, V, 19, of 3624 Hogan Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty, April 30, of operating an ORV on a public road and sentenced to $250 in fines and costs and 90 days discretionary jail.
– Daniel Dee Short, 31, of 3973 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty, April 30, of DWLS and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs and 93 days discretionary jail.
